General Description

The Toy Poodle is an elegant-looking tiny dog with a slender muzzle and long neck. The coat is profuse and curly and is often styled. The Poodle is a clever, loyal companion with a fantastic history considering these gorgeous dogs are one of the oldest breeds.

General Health

For all Poodles (toy, miniature, and standard), health concerns are Addison's disease, bloat, thyroid issues (both hyperthyroid and hypothyroid), hip dysplasia, collapsed trachea, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Sebaceous Adenitis, Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease, and epilepsy.
