I've have had dachshunds for 15+ years, and id like to go on record and say I've neutered ALL of my males. Until I got Diddy, Diddy is not studly in the least. He was easy to potty train, as well as highly trainable. He learns new tricks in minutes and remembers them. We even put up a popup agility set in our home, and unlike my other two he learned weave polls in 10 minutes tops. He's also a typical Dachshund in the sense of enjoying a good burrow in the blankets. He shows prey drive, and will start training in earthdog/barn hunt in the near future. Both of his parents are solid hunters. Dee is polite to a fault with other dogs including females in season. He so far has proven to have thee best temperament in any intact male dachshund i've met. Diddy is a double dilute, with a chocolate gene. This means if bred to a chocolate female there's a chance of Isabella. Diddy is a dapple, so please no inquiries for another dapple. Weights 11 pds he's just on the cusp for miniature, He's very long in length and a bit on the taller size. Hes been gene tested and more than half of his skeletal sizing is for small frame, all of his female siblings " 3 litters worth" and out of his full aunt and dad same story. Diddy is in the Que, and will hopefully obtain a CKC registration. Shots are current, brucellosis clear.
