Cooper is a calm, loving, intelligent border collie. Does well around other dogs. Lives with 3 other Border Collies (his mom and sisters). He enjoys weekends on the river, fetch and frisbee. Cooper is a smooth coat, 45lbs full of energy but has an "off: switch.
