Oscar is a quirky, smart, lovable chin that is well socialized with other animals. We would like to breed with a female that is less than 50 miles away from the Lake George region in upstate NY. We have bred pugs for years but have retired our female and would like to be able to share the puppy experience with a reputable chin breeder.
