Large, strong, very fast (38 m.p.h.), highly intelligent(he understands verbal, and non verbal commands), and an incredible disposition. This is not your typical Mal. Welcome at everyone's house. Never looking for trouble, however protects his little sister (daschound) fiercely. He ignores aggressive dogs, but also won't let them too close to us. He is gentle with my Grandma and the babies he has been around. Every single person who has met him, has had the same praise. Best dog I have ever been around. I never intended to breed him, however; people deserve a dog this amazing.
