Chloe is a 4.5 lb Shih Tzu I rescued off of the street about 2.5 years ago. I absolutely fell in love with her, got a full genetic testing panel done, and she is 100% Shih Tzu!! I would love to breed her with another *full-blooded only* Shih Tzu that isn't much bigger than her. The puppies would not be for financial gain on my side, so naturally, I would also like someone who is on the same page. I will drive/ accommodate fully if needed.
